Tri-Chapter Seminar – 2025

DCSA Leadership remains a partner with the Tri-Chapter. DCSA Asst. Director of Field Operations, Larry Vincent joins us as a Keynote on Day 1.

Day 2 Keynote brings us Major General (Retired) Kevin Wulfhorst , FBI Newark Field Office presenting on Threats to Critical Infrastructure & DIB.

There will be a great lineup for our 10th anniversary, so you don’t want to miss it!

Our on-site Help Desks from AVS, NBIS, BI return to assist with all your needs.

We will be partnering as part of our giveback to Veteran’s Outreach of PA during the seminar. Beautifully located along the Susquehanna River, VOPA has built a village of 15 tiny homes surrounding a community center to assist our Veterans experiencing homelessness.
Donations for our homeless veterans within this outreach community will be accepted at the seminar.
