General Website Questions

How do I log in to the new website?

I forgot my password—how do I reset it?

• Go to the homepage – www.classmgmt.com.
• Click “Log In”
• Under “Forgot Password”, Click here to reset your password.

Please be sure to whitelist the email info@classmgmt.com. Password resets will come from this email. If you reset your password and did not receive an email, please be sure to check your spam/junk folder.

If you continue to have issues, please try the following:
Use a different browser – google chrome or firefox and ask for the password reset.  Check that the email on file is correct
If you are on a VPN, log out of it and use the reset the password option
Sometimes, companies do not allow the redirect so you may need to wait until you are on a personal device to reset.

How do I update my profile information?

How do I change my communication preferences or email settings?

Under “My profile” click the tab “My Account”. Under “Contact Info” tab, you may update your contact information by clicking on “Edit”. Please remember to click “Save” after you make any changes.

Is there a mobile version of the website?

This site is designed to be mobile-friendly and can be accessed on any smartphone

Membership & Account Management

How do I renew my membership online?

Please check back at renewal time. November 1, 2025

What form of payment does NCMS accept?

NCMS accepts payment via credit card and check. If you would like to pay by check, please select the “bill me” option on the checkout page.

Can I set up auto-renewal for my membership?

There is no option for auto-renewal.

Where can I view my membership expiration date?

  • Join between January 1 and June 30: $150, expires on December 31 of the same year.
  • Join between July 1 and October 31: $75, expires on December 31 of the same year.
  • Join between November 1 and December 31: $150, expires on December 31 of the following year.

Is my profile information secure?

NCMS uses Impexium as our third party provider for our association management software. As part of Impexium’s ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of security and data protection, they undergo annual third-party audits, including SOC 1, Type 2 and SOC 2, Type 1 assessments. These evaluations validate the effectiveness of our security controls and ensure our continued compliance with industry-leading standards. This includes comprehensive SIEM and SOC monitoring, along with a wide range of advanced security technologies designed to safeguard your data.
 
Their security controls are designed, implemented, and operated to provide reasonable assurance that they meet their service commitments and system requirements. These controls align with the applicable Trust Services Criteria for Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy, as defined in the 2017 Trust Services Criteria (with updated Points of Focus from the 2022 revisions) outlined in TSP Section 100 of the AICPA Trust Services Criteria.

How can I add my email and phone number to the membership directory?

  • Login to the website classmgmt.com
  • Under “Account” click “My Profile”

Phone Number:

  • Under “Overview” click “Edit” next to your phone number.
  • Check the box “Show in Directory”
  • Click Save

Email:

  • Under “Overview” click “Edit” next to your email.
  • Check the box “Show in Directory”

  • Yes! The Hub allows you to message any NCMS member. To find a member, click here. Once the member name populates click “Send Message.”
