Understanding the FCL Lifecycle, its requirements, and timelines from FCL sponsorship to FCL termination equips industry with the knowledge to navigate each Stage with ease. During this lesson, DCSA will provide an overview of the end-to-end FCL Lifecyle, including how to obtain an FCL, sponsor another contractor an FCL, and obtaining an FCL upgrade.
