A clear, complete organizational chart depicting the full ownership and control of a cleared contractor and the corporate enterprise is an essential piece to any FCL Package. During this lesson, DCSA will discuss what makes a great, good, and bad organizational chart. By the end of the lesson, you will understand what an organizational chart is, why is it so important, common errors found in organizational charts, and a general set of standards to adhere to when making your own.
