History

The 53rd NCMS Board of Directors established the Mentoring Awards in 2017, in recognition of their desire to increase mentoring relationships within NCMS and to encourage the program development within the Chapter. Modeled after the chapter membership awards, this award was intended to reward chapters and individual mentors for their accomplishments within the parameters of the Mentoring Program.
